Q: Is there a minimum order for the items?
A: There is a minimum of 5 pieces for most items. You may buy any quantity you wish.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we do! Once you checkout the shipping cost is automatically calculated with options for the fastest & cheapest.
Q: How much is Delivery in Singapore?
A: Singapore orders over $70 has free shipping. Orders under $70 costs $7 to ship. For overseas orders, checkout to get an automatic shipping cost quote.
Additional $10 charge for orders to Changi Airport, Sentosa and Jurong Island and Tuas.
Q: (Singapore only) What will happen if there is no one to collect the parcel?
A: Please write in ''Comments'' if you need us to call before delivery or deliver on a specific date. Our delivery will take place during office hours, Mon - Fri. If no one is home to collect, we will attempt to find a safe place like your electrical cupboard or shoe rack to place the parcel.
If that is not possible, the parcel it will be sent back to us for re-delivery. Re-delivery will be additional $10.
Q: How long do you take to deliver the items in Singapore?
A: Standard shipping time is 3-5 working days (office hours only).
Q: I need the items urgently in Singapore. Can you deliver sooner?
A: Yes. We provide express 48 hour delivery at $35.00 (min order of $100)
Alternatively you can self collect at our store by appointment only after the minimum order of $35 order is placed online.
Please avoid coming during lunch time from 11.30am to 1.30pm, but in case you need to collect during lunch time, you can call us to inform so that our staff will be in.
Q: Do you have a shop where I can see the products?
A: We are an online only store therefore we do not have a physical store for you to shop or accept walk ins.
We provide a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy so shop with peace of mind!
Q: What do I do if my orders have missing / damaged products?
A: Contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send/replace the missing/damaged you but it will take about 3 to 5 days.
In the event that the product is required urgently, you can come to our office for the exchange. We provide 30 day NO QUESTIONS ASKED exchanges.
Q: Do you provide customization (printing of logo etc) on your items?
A: Yes we do, please see our range of customizable items for the selection. Customization is an extra charge. As our printing is optimized for bulk orders, we are UNABLE to print one name on one item etc. Similar logo/text/name over all the items will be preferred.
Q: I would like to be a reseller for your items, what do I do?
A: We accept resellers on a case by case basis. You can read more and download the form here.
Q: Can you bill my School via E-Invoice?
A: Yes we can but there is a minimum order of 30 pieces per item. Just let us know your order and school/entity and we will be able to process for you. Our company is registered in the system under "GIFTIONERY INTERNATIONAL" UEN:52828321M

For standard shipping, it takes 3-5 working days to reach you. Free shipping is available for orders above $70. For orders that are below that, a delivery fee of $7.56 will be charged.
If you require fast delivery, opt for our express delivery where we can deliver your items within 48 hours (excluding Public Holiday). This is only applicable to orders above $100.
For self-collection, you can pick up your items at our Warehouse. Only for orders above $35.

OneDollarOnly.com.sg has a 30 Day, 1-for-1 exchange policy for our products. Within 30 days of purchase, if the product is damaged or defective, we will do an exchange after you send us an image of the items thta you received. Customers may choose to either:
- Exchange the damaged/ defective product(s) for the same product.
- Exchange the damaged / defective product(s) for another product of the same value.
- Opt for store credit for the same amount spent on the damaged/defective products to be used at a later date.
Conditions of Exchange
- Circumstances / conditions accepted for exchange are:
- Defective product – does not work (no ink, spoilt etc)
- Damaged product – physical damage, stains, broken
- Incorrect product delivered – mistake made in packing or delivery
- Cost of delivery / exchange: If the exchange reasons are one of the 3 shown in part (a) above, the company will bear the cost of sending the exchange products to the customer.
- Lead time for delivery of exchanges – Exchanges will typically take 5-7 working days to reach the customer (if exchange products are in stock). If the customer requires the exchanges sooner they may request to self collect via appointment at our warehouse.
- Stock Availability – We will do our best to replace / exchange the product(s)of choice for the customer but this is subject to stock availability. If we are sold out for the product we will not be able to provide the exact product for exchange. In such a situation the customer can either:
- request for store credit equal to the value of the exchange product to be used at a later date or
- choose another product that is of similar value to exchange for
- Reasons that DO NOT qualify for exchange (as shown, but not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Ordered wrongly
- Error on judgement (size too big, too small etc)
- Want to exchange for specific colours / designs in products with ASSORTED designs/colours
- ALL OTHER reasons not stated in part (a) above.
Exchange Process / Procedure
To initiate an exchange, simply email us at email@example.com with:
- Your order number
- The item that you wish to exchange
- Quantity of the item you wish to exchange
- Brief description of the issue with the product.
- Photo of the damage / defect etc
- Contact number (if different from order)
- Delivery address to send the returns (if different from order)
We will process the exchange and send you an acknowledgement or confirmation email.
Exclusions for Exchanges
Items in the clearance section of our store are not eligible for exchanges.
If the customer would wish to exchange the product for reasons outside of the ones stated in our policy please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and requests will be evaluate on a case by case / goodwill basis.
All returns / exchanges in such circumstances must be returned with the original packaging (if any) and with no visible / perceptible signs of usage.
The shipping and transport costs will be borne by the customer to and from our warehouse.
