RETURN POLICY

OneDollarOnly.com.sg 30 Day, 1-to-1 Exchange Policy 

OneDollarOnly.com.sg has a 30 Day, 1-for-1 exchange policy for our products. Within 30 days of purchase, if the product is damaged or defective, we will do a no questions asked exchange for our customers. Customers may choose to either: 

  1. Exchange the damaged/ defective product(s) for the same product.
  2. Exchange the damaged / defective product(s) for another product of the same value.
  3. Opt for store credit for the same amount spent on the damaged/defective products to be used at a later date. 

 

Conditions of Exchange 

  1. Circumstances / conditions accepted for exchange are:
    1. Defective product – does not work (no ink, spoilt etc) 
    2. Damaged product – physical damage, stains, broken 
    3. Incorrect product delivered – mistake made in packing or delivery, and design / colour DOES NOT MATCH what is shown our website. 
  2. Cost of delivery / exchange: If the exchange reasons are one of the 3 shown in part (a) above, the company will bear the cost of sending the exchange products to the customer.
  3. Lead time for delivery of exchanges – Exchanges will typically take 5-7 working days to reach the customer (if exchange products are in stock). If the customer requires the exchanges sooner they may request to self collect via appointment at our warehouse.
  4. Stock Availability – We will do our best to replace / exchange the product(s)of choice for the customer but this is subject to stock availability. If we are sold out for the product we will not be able to provide the exact product for exchange. In such a situation the customer can either:
    1. request for store credit equal to the value of the exchange product to be used at a later date or
    2. choose another product that is of similar value to exchange for
  5. Reasons that DO NOT qualify for exchange (as shown, but not limited to):
    1. Change of mind
    2. Ordered wrongly
    3. Error on judgement (size too big, too small etc)
    4. Want to exchange for specific colours / designs in products with ASSORTED designs/colours
    5. ALL OTHER reasons not stated in part (a) above.

 

Exchange Process / Procedure 

To initiate an exchange, simply email us at support@onedollaronly.com.sg with: 

  1. Your order number
  2. The item that you wish to exchange
  3. Quantity of the item you wish to exchange
  4. Brief description of the issue with the product.
  5. Photo of the damage / defect etc
  6. Contact number (if different from order)
  7. Delivery address to send the returns (if different from order) 

We will process the exchange and send you an acknowledgement or confirmation email.

 

Exclusions for Exchanges 

Items in the clearance section of our store are not eligible for exchanges.

 

Other Exchanges 

If the customer would wish to exchange the product for reasons outside of the ones stated in our policy please email us at support@onedollaronly.com.sg  and requests will be evaluate on a case by case / goodwill basis.

All returns / exchanges in such circumstances must be returned with the original packaging (if any) and with no visible / perceptible signs of usage.

The shipping and transport costs will be borne by the customer to and from our warehouse.
