Q: Is there a minimum order for the items?

A: There is a minimum of 5 pieces for most items. You may buy any quantity you wish.

 

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes we do!  Once you checkout the shipping cost is automatically calculated with options for the fastest & cheapest.

 

Q: How much is Delivery in Singapore?

A: Singapore orders over $70 has free shipping.  Orders under $70 costs $7 to ship. For overseas orders, checkout to get an automatic shipping cost quote.

Additional $10 charge for orders to Changi Airport, Sentosa and Jurong Island and Tuas.

 

Q: (Singapore only) What will happen if there is no one to collect the parcel?

A: Please write in ''Comments'' if you need us to call before delivery or deliver on a specific date. Our delivery will take place during office hours, Mon - Fri. If no one is home to collect, we will attempt to find a safe place like your electrical cupboard or shoe rack to place the parcel.

If that is not possible, the parcel it will be sent back to us for re-delivery. Re-delivery will be additional $10.

 Q: How long do you take to deliver the items in Singapore?

A: Standard shipping time is 3-5 working days (office hours only).

 

Q: I need the items urgently in Singapore. Can you deliver sooner?

A: Yes. We provide express 48 hour delivery at $35.00 (min order of $100)

Alternatively you can self collect at our store by appointment only after the minimum order of $35 order is placed online. 

 

Please avoid coming during lunch time from 11.30am to 1.30pm, but in case you need to collect during lunch time, you can call us to inform so that our staff will be in.

Q: Do you have a shop where I can see the products?

A: We are an online only store therefore we do not have a physical store for you to shop or accept walk ins.  

We provide a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy so shop with peace of mind!

 

Q: What do I do if my orders have missing / damaged products?

A: Contact us immediately via email at support@onedollaronly.com.sg and we will send/replace the missing/damaged you but it will take about 3 to 5 days.

In the event that the product is required urgently, you can come to our office for the exchange. We provide 30 day NO QUESTIONS ASKED exchanges.

 

Q: Do you provide customization (printing of logo etc) on your items?

A: Yes we do, please see our range of customizable items for the selection. Customization is an extra charge. As our printing is optimized for bulk orders, we are UNABLE to print one name on one item etc. Similar logo/text/name over all the items will be preferred.

 

Q: I would like to be a reseller for your items, what do I do?

A: We accept resellers on a case by case basis. You can read more and download the form here.

 

Q: Can you bill my School via E-Invoice?

A: Yes we can but there is a minimum order of 30 pieces per item.  Just let us know your order and school/entity and we will be able to process for you. Our company is registered in the system under "GIFTIONERY INTERNATIONAL" UEN:52828321M
